In the unlikely event of any hardware problems, All our laptops and PCs are supplied with a 12 month Return to Base warranty. Return to Base Warranty means you will need to return the item to our warehouse at your cost. We will then repair or replace depending upon the problem and return to you.
If there is a hardware fault within the first 14 days then we will collect and replace or repair the product.
After 14 days you will be responsible for returning the product back to us at your own cost.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage or software problems or faults caused by changing hardware. If on receipt of the product by us it is found the fault is any of the above we reserve the right to charge for our carriage and labour costs.
Warranty is void if warranty labels are removed or damaged or there is evidence that the item has been taken apart.
All items are tested extensively before dispatch.
The battery is a consumable so is not covered under the full warranty, although should you experience any issues within the first 30 days we will replace it. At the time of dispatch the battery is tested, working and charging with at least 80% capacity.
