How It All Began

  • We have been in the IT industry since 2008, initially operating in the Middle East. In 2016, we expanded into the UK and EU markets with the opening of our UK facility. By 2018, we established a state-of-the-art factory in the UAE dedicated to remanufacturing laptops.

  • Driven by market demands and environmental challenges, we recognised the importance of transitioning to remanufacturing to help reduce e-waste and meet sustainability goals. Many businesses were facing budget constraints and working towards net-zero targets and we aimed to lead the shift toward remanufacturing as a sustainable solution.

  • With a dedicated team of 40 professionals in our factory, we have been growing steadily year by year, now supplying around 5,000 laptops each month to a variety of different industries. We are confident in the quality of our products, offering a standard 3-year warranty to provide our customers with peace of mind—delivering the reliability and performance of a new laptop without compromising on quality.

Taking Refurbishment to the Next Level

After years of selling graded and refurbished hardware, we recognised the need to elevate our offerings. This led us to explore remanufactured laptops as a superior, cost-effective alternative to purchasing new devices. We began remanufacturing laptops and desktops, working closely with our partners and relying on their feedback to continuously refine and improve our processes.

  • Each year, we have moved closer to perfection. Today, we confidently provide products that are cosmetically and performance-wise equivalent to new. By closely monitoring our Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) rate, we have been able to enhance both our production efficiency and quality management systems.

  • After years of refining our remanufacturing processes, we are proud to report an RMA rate of just 1-3%. This achievement is a testament to the dedication of our skilled team and the valuable feedback from our trusted partners. As a result, we are now offering remanufactured laptops that look and perform like new.
