Warranty Information

To give you extra peace of mind, we offer a warranty of up to 3 years on our remanufactured laptops.

Our warranty includes the following:

Extended warranty is available for up to 3 years—this must be selected at the time of purchase and cannot be changed later.
1-3 years of coverage on the laptop.
1 year coverage on the battery (with the option to purchase a replacement once the warranty expires).
Optional accidental damage coverage if needed.

If you need to make a warranty claim, simply submit a request via our Submit a Return/RMA link.

All claim types must have a valid RMA reference to be approved for servicing.

The type of warranty will be based on the original T&Cs agreed with the buyer.

RTB (Return to Base) Warranty

UK only

We currently work on a 5-7 working day turnaround time for repairs from the date of receipt at our warehouse.

Should we be unable to repair then we will replace it.

Return postage on RTB is the customer’s responsibility, return shipment is our responsibility

Premium Replacement Warranty 1 – 5 Years

UK only

If your laptop is faulty, we will replace it with a similar or superior product, depending on available stock and our judgment.

Once the RMA is approved, we will send a replacement system to the customer and arrange a separate collection for the faulty unit.

Under the Premium Warranty, the replacement process should take no more than 2-3 working days to minimize any inconvenience for our customers.
