Refund policy

In the unlikely event you have an issue with your item in the first 30 days we will send you a prepaid label to return your item and repair, replace or refund the item. Please return in the original packaging with all accessories. If you have simply changed your mind you can return the item at your cost within 30 days in the original packaging with all accessories for a full refund.

Please check your order immediately upon delivery and report any damage to us directly within 1 working day.  We cannot accept damage claims after this time.

After 30 days the customer must return the item to us.  After 30 days we will only repair or replace your item. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the item to us at their own cost as part of your Return to Base warranty. Please ensure that the package is fully secure and is returned with any accessories.

Please email our customer service on sales@ayoo-it.co.uk stating the date you bought the item, name and address of buyer, order number and as much information about the fault as you can.  We will then respond with a returns number and to let you know the address to return it to. This also applies if you have changed your mind. Please do not return anything until you have been allocated a RMA number.  Please note refunds can take up to 30 days to arrive in your account.  

To receive a full refund the item must be returned in the original condition with all accessories.  If the item is marked, damaged or there are any missing accessories we reserve the right to deduct an amount equal to the cost of restoring the item to saleable condition again.

Please Note:  Ensure that you have a full backup of all your data/programmes before you send the unit back to us - we may not be able to guarantee to keep your data in the event your machine needs to be replaced.

We reserve the right to charge for any re-delivery or return to Ayoo Services of orders that have not been successful due to incorrect contact information/address being supplied by the customer.
