Delivery & Returns

We offer a wide range of delivery services throughout the UK and Europe. Collections can also be made free of charge. More detail can be found below.

UK Delivery


AYOO provide a next-day delivery service on products ordered before 2pm (GMT) – excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note: if you choose to have any alterations made to the specification of your order, this may result in a delay in delivery whilst our technicians work on your order.

UK Next day delivery exceptions - the following are 2 day delivery, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channels Isles, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles

EU Delivery

AYOO provide tracked delivery service (excluding Sunday and public holidays) to all EU countries.

As of 1st January 2021, parcels from the United Kingdom to Europe are subject to customs and duty fees. AYOO include Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) on all orders. Therefore you will not be required to pay these duties before receiving your order.



In the unlikely event you have an issue with your item in the first 14 days we will collect your item at our expense and repair, replace or refund the item. Please return in the original packaging with all accessories. If you have simply changed your mind you can return the item at your cost within 14 days in the original packaging with all accessories for a full refund.

Please check your order immediately upon delivery and report any damage to us directly within 1 working day.  We cannot accept damage claims after this time.

After 14 days the customer must return the item to us.  After 14 days we will only repair or replace your item. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the item to us at their own cost as part of your Return to Base warranty. Please ensure that the package is fully secure and is returned with any accessories.


Please email our customer service on sales@ayoo-it.co.uk stating the date you bought the item, name and address of buyer, order number and as much information about the fault as you can.  We will then respond with a returns number and to let you know the address to return it to. This also applies if you have changed your mind. Please do not return anything until you have been allocated a RMA number.  Please note refunds can take up to 30 days to arrive in your account.

Please Note:  Ensure that you have a full backup of all your data/programmes before you send the unit back to us - we may not be able to guarantee to keep your data in the event your machine needs to be replaced.

We reserve the right to charge for any re-delivery or return to AYOO of orders that have not been successful due to incorrect contact information/address being supplied by the customer.
