This website is operated by Ayoo Services Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Ayoo Services Ltd and "you" and "your" refer to the buyer of any goods from "us". We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes


ONLINE STORE TERMS & DELIVERY& PAYMENT & RETURNS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Delivery: Once your "order" (means an order placed by you with us for the purchase of goods by clicking "submit" on the checkout page) has been despatched you will receive an e-mail from us with confirmation together with a tracking number. If you do not receive this e-mail within 5 working days of us receiving your cleared funds, please send an email to sales@ayoo-it.co.uk. We will only deliver to addresses with a UK Postcode. Under no circumstances will we deliver outside of the UK

Delivery Types: Where payment is by credit or debit card, we will only deliver to the registered cardholders address

FREE: your order will normally be despatched within 5-7 working da>s (Monday to Friday) on receipt of cleared funds.

STANDARD: your order will be despatched within 2-3 working days

Delivery charges are subject to VAT and prices are indicated as either EX or INC VAT

If you pay online, we do not allow you to collect your order for reasons of security and efficiency.

If you suspect that your package has been damaged in transit you should reject the goods or sign for the goods as damaged.

We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries. We employ our courier and they aim to deliver. If you have mission critical orders, we suggest placing them as early as is reasonable. Claims of goods damaged in transit must be noted at the time of the delivery to the delivery person/signing sheet, and notified to Ayoo Services Ltd as soon as possible after delivery by s>nding an e-mail to sales@ayoo-it.co.uk

Shipment tracking ID will be provided after your product(s) is dispatched. The delivery date stated is indicative and subject to availability, payment authorization, verification, and processing. In case your product(s) is not delivered due to an incorrect or invalid address, we will not be able to process any claims. Howev>r, we will notify you if it is returned to us.

Payment: We only accept the payment methods as described at our payment page. We reserve the right to take payments for the funds prior to sh>pping of goods, however we will endeavour to take payment as close to this time as possible. All payments are made inclusive of VAT, we are not able to charge excluding VAT prices.

All refunds are subject to delay based on your card issuer’s processes. We cannot expedite the time taken for funds to appear on your card

Please note if you make a card (credit or debit) payment that contradicts our T&Cs we cannot expediate your refund once we have processed it in our systems - you will need to contact your card issuer.

Returns and cancellation: Please do not send items back without contacting us first in writing/email to sales@ayoo-it.co.uk

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. In this event you will be contacted via email and where funds h>ve been taken, they will be refunded immediately.

We reserve the right at any stage during the order process to cancel and refund an order in full, without explanation

Consumer customers: You have the right to change your mind within fourteen working days of receipt of your order as in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act providing you notify us in writing. If you wish to change your mind and return your goods you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Business customers: once you have accepted/signed for your delivery you are no longer able to cancel your order for more info please contact us sales@ayoo-it.co.uk

Goods purchased for personal use: Refunds will only be made back to the card/payment method originally used. Refunds will be completed within fourteen calendar days. However, all refunds are completed as quickly as possible.

The customer must return all items, accessories, cables and/or manuals that were provided with your item. Software cannot be returned once any seal is broken/marked in anyway.

Our Images: Many of the photographs used are library images and we are therefore not responsible for any colour variances or style updates.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

When purchasing non-new equipment, it is important that you read and understand the grading system and the factors affecting the price of your purchased goods.

The specifications as advertised in product descriptions are as accurate as possible and every effort is made to ensure that information is correct. we will make every effort to ensure that any mistakes are rectified.

You are wholly responsible for deciding on the suitability of the goods offered and by placing your order and/or bid you are acknowledging the goods as being suitable.

Warranty: The refurbished equipment that we sell is covered by our warranty, the duration of the warranty will depend on the unit you have purchased and any options you have added. Our standard warranty for Wholesale is 3months and for Consumer is 12 months from date of receipt (unless your online order clearly states a different period).

The warranty covers the hardware of the unit and does not include software or consumables such as ink or batteries. The warranty does not cover any problems which arise through misuse or accidental damage.

If you have a problem please contact us as soon as possible with your order number (or the email address you used to order if you can’t find it) and/or the Serial Number of the unit (found on the underside of laptops and on the side of PCs). We are able to resolve many problems over the phone, or by remotely accessing your computer, please just contact us.

In some cases where original manufacturer’s warranty exists it may be resolvable with them, we will of course assist you with any information you may require and will contact them on your behalf.

In the first fourteen days (Dead on Arrival DOA period) Please call us or email us with your order number and we will issue you with an RMA number (This is your Return Merchandise Authorisation Number) We need this to track your return and to know where it came from so that you can return the item to us. After this period the cost of returning any item will fall to the buyer. In all cases you must ensure that your unit is packaged safely.

Replacement order prepared (if the same unit isn't available a substitute will be offered) or it can be fixed.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
